We primarily focus on delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to service availability in the customer's location.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after successful payment or order confirmation. Processing time may vary according to product availability, order volume, location, payment verification, and public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process whenever available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, remote locations, courier delays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, building/street information, district, city, and National Address or other required delivery information.
Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or before order confirmation.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.
Damaged Package
If a package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos where appropriate.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the courier may attempt redelivery according to its procedures. Additional charges may apply where permitted and disclosed.
