Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, subject to the order status and applicable law.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal cancellation process. The customer may instead use the applicable return process where eligible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another legally appropriate method.

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other legitimate reasons. Customers will be informed where reasonably possible.
How to Cancel
To request cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible and provide the order number and registered mobile number.
