Return Period
For products eligible for return, customers should submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable Saudi laws and statutory exceptions. This store policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Return Conditions
Returned products should generally be unused, in original condition and packaging where applicable, complete with accessories/manuals/included items, and accompanied by order information or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
Depending on applicable law and product nature, exclusions may include personalized products, sealed products where opening the seal makes them unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, used or customer-damaged products, and products that cannot reasonably or legally be returned due to their nature.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number, product name, description of the issue, and photos/videos where appropriate.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another legally appropriate method. The time for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Where a return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged product attributable to the seller, we may cover applicable return delivery costs. For other returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
